Every time it rains, water seeps up through the basement floor and pools around the washer and dryer. I've tried sealing cracks and adjusting the downspouts, but nothing stops the flooding. Last storm, I had to bail out two inches of water with a bucket and shop vac. I dread any forecast with rain, knowing I'll be mopping up again.
